[sslh] TURN server?

Hi Christian,

I'm not familiar with TURN, but I did see it on the ALPN registry[1], if
it uses TLS then you can have sslh multiplex based on the SNI name
and/or the official ALPN protocol selection (stun.turn).

It might be easier if it'll work.
