[sslh] sslh-v1.16.tar.gz updated on website recently ?

Hi Aaron,

While preparing v1.17 I realised what happened here:

Yes archive name and directory name was consistent as v1.16,
but before that it was consisten as 1.15, 1.14... without
'v'. So v1.16 probably broke your scripts!

(and the 'v' appeared as a side-effect of getting the
version number from the git tag, which I quite like as being
pretty clean).
