[sslh] sslh-1.10-rc1: FreeBSD support, multiple targets

Hi everyone,

I've changed a lot of code to be cleaner in the socket API
calls, and sslh should now work fine on FreeBSD (and MacOSX)
and hopefully on anything; the sslh-fork should also work.

In the process, it now supports "multiple" addresses (so if
you specify --ssh localhost:22 and localhost resolves both
as IPv6 and IPv4, it'll try both).

Following the bad experience with 1.9, I'd like feedback on
FreeBSD, Linux, and IPv6, before making this an official
release. You will find it here:
