Arguments passed to sslh-fork in "t" test script have to be updated too.

I've also replaced in the patch localhost by 127.0.0.1 (IPv4) because
localhost resolves to ::1 and the script use IO::Socket::INET (and fails
to connect because sslh listen to IPv6 loopback socket).
