[sslh] SSLH compiling for Cygwin o similar.

Hello my good friend,

i like your program very well, but i need to port it to windows system
and your help is very needed. I was able to compile it successfully
under cygwin, but the program is not working anyway. May be, before i
start to reinvert the wheel, did you already created windows version
of your program or can you please advise me, what to change to make it
finaly working under windows.
