[sslh] Refactor in progress

Hello all,

Just a wee warning: as mentionned before, I've started
working on UDP support for sslh. This involves
larger-than-usual refactoring, so it may affect stability.
I've started pushing some of the refactoring to Github
because I'm interested in feedback ("It works for me", but
"it works for many of us" is better :) ), just be aware that
HEAD can be more unstable than usual.
