The main page for the project is a bit confusing: here it
says it's Ethernet over HTTPS, there it says it can use
OpenVPN, IPSec and other protocols...

If it's Ethernet over HTTPS, you should be able to probe it
as TLS and route it to the appropriate server using
sni_hostname.
