[sslh] SSLH not working along with my iptable rules

Hello ,

My Server has sslh to demultiplex traffic from 443 to either 4443 or 3478.
I have iptable rules to load balance the traffic on 3478.
These rules are in PREROUTING chain.
Both of these work independently. But when I wish to direct traffic from 443 to 3478 and then load balance from 3478 to four other ports thorugh iptables it doesn't work.
Your help will be much appreciated.
