[sslh] sslh-v1.19 released!

Hello again, too soon,

This concerns mainly distribution packagers:

> A long overdue update to your favorite protocol multiplexer,
> here's v1.19 of sslh.

I'd introduced a bug in that release (it wouldn't parse IP
addresses with brackets). It's fixed now, so I've released a
v1.19b. I've removed the v1.19 tar.gz to avoid encouraging
use of a bad version.

Git users just need to pull.
