[sslh] release cycle

I was wondering what needs to be done - and how could I help - for a new release
of sslh?

Reason for asking is that v1.17 is from March 2015 and a lot has happened in the
mean time (e.g. implementation SNI). Most *NIX distros still prefer tarball
releases instead of git cloning and building on the spot, and it would be nice
to have these distros build v1.18.
