[sslh] sslh-v1.16.tar.gz updated on website recently ?

Hi,

I'm the maintainer of the sslh port on FreeBSD and meet a problem with the
authenticity of the sslh archive source code.

Previously (02 May 2014) the identity of the sslh archive downloaded from
http://www.rutschle.net/tech/sslh-v1.16.tar.gz was:
SHA256 = e97b3be9f010bc763a7f11c94e54d8ead33cab3f0c93a52bb9a7f708212e5902
SIZE  = 36483

But since a moment I've got this result:
SHA256 = a610beb878ee5c73aa505e5d526589edcf7060d09e4fedfe82e732f2138f8434
SIZE = 43836

The website show a last modification date of "15-Jul-2014 11:34".

What was the purpose of this modification ?
Is it an official update ?
