The test "Robustness: Can't bind address" in t file is not working
anymore, because binding is always possible with a foreign ip address
when IP_FREEBIND available (which is the case by default on Debian
GNU/Linux at least).
Maybe dropping the test (or make it condition dependent on systems,
which can be complicated) ?
