So I went ahead and built a proof of concept implementation, there are a
few glitches that need ironing out (the most pressing being the
unlimited buffering and not using all addrinfo entries when connecting
to the remote server), but overall things work. Since this is a
prototype, I have not done any changes to sslh to facilitate the
integration.

Any remarks/objections before I start working on those and some of the
TODO items in the previous email?
