[sslh] connect over http proxy

I don't know the exact proxy name.

I use http://IP:port. That's all.
If I try to connect to my Amazon EC2 VM instance on which the SSH is
running default port, I can connect. And from EC2 I can connect my host on
which the sslh is running (no proxy).

That's all I know.
