[sslh] SSLH 1.14 for Windows

Hi Yves,

thank you for that great multiplexing tool. It hepls me very much on 
hosting own services via https.
But... can you please provide a binary for the current version 1.14 for 
Windows (Server x64), which is fully configurable like under li**x? I am 
not familiar with compilers and C ... and I could not get gcc working 
for me with you sources.
