[sslh] Some Makefile suggestions: test and clean rules

Hello,

During my work and sslh 1.8-rc3 Debian package, i find some things in
Makefile which could be interesting to add (patch attached) :

- test rule: because recent version of debhelper Debian packaging tool
call dh_auto_test which try to run make test to run unitary test.

- refresh clean rule: remove the two binaries sslh-fork and sslh-select
since 1.8 release (instead of the single non-existent one sslh).
