[sslh] sslh-1.8-rc5: Support for OpenVPN

Hi all,

Following some requests, here's a new version of sslh which
adds a -o option which allows you to have sslh switch
between SSL, SSH and OpenVPN. It works with both the fork
and the select version.

You can find it in the usual spot:

In the absence of negative feedback, I'll probably make this
the final 1.8 version as it seems to work well for me (I've
been using the select version for several months now).
